Our team have undertaken large scale clinical trials in maternal, newborn and infant health across Bangladesh and Malawi, and have accumulated large sets of samples and data for multi-omic analyses. The student will have the opportunity to apply a range of immunological, proteomic, genomic and microbiological techniques to understand interactions between environment, nutrition and host factors on maternal and child health.
