Your event. Your community. Real impact.

Medical research doesn’t happen in isolation. It moves forward because people decide it matters enough to act.

Community fundraising is one of the most powerful ways individuals and groups can accelerate discovery at WEHI. Across Australia and beyond, supporters are turning personal milestones, challenges and community events into real progress for medical research.

Some run marathons. Others host dinners, morning teas, workplace fundraisers or online campaigns. Many do it in honour of someone they love, or because a disease has touched their life. However it begins, every fundraiser becomes part of something bigger. The funds raised help power the ideas, experiments and discoveries that drive medical research forward. By supporting the work of scientists at WEHI, your efforts help advance new ways to detect disease earlier, develop better treatments and improve health outcomes for people around the world.

When you fundraise for WEHI, you’re not just raising money. You’re raising awareness, inspiring others and helping power discoveries that can change and save lives.
