Advancing the understanding of biology requires tools that capture the complexity and diversity of cell populations. We present the Multipro® Human Discovery DNA-barcoded Antibody Panel, which includes 347 DNA-barcoded antibodies for deep multiomic profiling—enabling simultaneous protein and RNA readouts at single-cell resolution. Designed for seamless integration with the 10x Genomics Chromium Single Cell Gene Expression Flex workflow, this pre-titrated panel covers a broad range of cell surface, intracellular, signaling, and immune pathway markers.

By capturing high-dimensional protein and gene expression data in a single experiment, the Human Discovery Panel reduces the need for iterative, low-throughput marker identification methods—dramatically accelerating discovery workflows. Researchers can move quickly from data to insight by efficiently identifying high-confidence biomarker hits earlier in the process.

Here, we present data demonstrating the utility of high-plex DNA-barcoded antibody panels in discovery research by exploring protein and gene expression networks in human PBMCs.
