Joan Heath-Lab team

My research group typically comprises one to two Honours/PhD students, three post-doctoral fellows and three research assistants. Our research is also supported by two full-time aquarium staff.
My team collaborates closely with the Ernst, Lieschke and Stainer laboratories (Walter and Eliza Hall Institute, Monash University, and Max Planck Institute, Bad Neuheim, Germany, respectively).
Enquiries from individuals with a genetics or developmental biology background who are interested in using zebrafish as a disease model are encouraged.
