Kerry Mullan is a Senior Bioinformatician at the Snow Centre for Immune Health, WEHI, where she leads the multi-omics analysis pipeline for a primary Sjögren’s syndrome cohort study. She holds a PhD in Immunology from Monash University and completed postdoctoral training in Belgium, developing computational tools for T cell biology.

 

Kerry is the developer of STEGO.R, TCR_Explore, and ggVolcanoR, open-source tools used for single-cell annotation, T cell receptor repertoire exploration, and differential expression visualisation.
