Chelsea Mayoh is a Principal Bioinformatic Scientist at the Children’s Cancer Institute, where she leads the Bioinformatics Network and serves as the ZERO Transcriptomic Lead. Her research focuses on integrating genome, transcriptome, and methylome data to uncover known and novel drivers of paediatric cancer.
Chelsea’s work spans precision diagnostics, personalised treatment stratification and investigating the tumor immune microenvironment, with a particular emphasis on enhancing the clinical utility of RNA-sequencing and multi-omics approaches to improve outcomes for children with cancer.
