I am the Interim Head of People and Culture at WEHI. My goal is simple: help brilliant people do their best work so they can change lives through science. I partner with research and professional leaders to ensure our people practices lead to real outcomes such as strong teams, clear priorities, fair decisions, and a workplace where everyone can thrive.
Our team focuses on the moments that matter. We look ahead so leaders have the right talent at the right time. We build capability so managers feel confident leading through change. We also keep a close eye on wellbeing and inclusion, so people feel respected, supported, and proud to belong here.
My career spans complex health and higher education settings, guiding organisations through transformation, integration, and enterprise bargaining. What matters most to me is culture, the daily actions that build trust, performance, and a genuine sense of belonging.
