MMS + WEHI Partnering for Impact Series

From Immune Discovery to Global Health Outcomes

The MMS + WEHI Partnering for Impact Series is a forum that connects discovery science with clinical research and opens pathways for collaboration. The series brings together teams from across the Melbourne Medical School and WEHI (Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research).

The August 2026 forum will explore how advances in immunology progress from the laboratory to clinical application, ultimately improving health outcomes locally and globally.

The forum will highlight the critical pathways from discovery to impact, with presentations covering:

• How immunology research translates into real-world health solutions

• The development and delivery of clinical trials in both local and international settings

• The importance of collaboration across research, clinical practice, and global health Ecosystems

The event is being held both online and in-person and is now open for registrations.
