Imagine being able to see not just what genes are active in individual cells, but also where proteins are located within tissues — all at the same time. In this seminar, we’ll introduce the latest tools from 10x Genomics that make this possible. Learn how the new single-cell Flex v2.0 assay can be used to capture the inner workings of millions of cells from hundreds of samples at lower costs than ever, and how our updated Xenium In Situ spatial technology can map proteins alongside RNA directly within tissues. Together, these innovations open a new window into biology, helping researchers such as yourself uncover cellular relationships and mechanisms that were previously invisible.

WEHI Advanced Genomics Facility Research Accelerator Program

Apply now and generate pilot data for upcoming grant applications!

The Research Accelerator Program gives researchers the opportunity to explore 10x Genomics technologies through WEHI Advanced Genomics Facility supported pilot projects. Through collaboration with participating core facilities, researchers can: Access expert guidance and technical support from trained facility staff. Run small-scale pilot studies to assess feasibility and refine workflows. Generate high-quality data to strengthen grant applications or future projects.

Ten successful applicants receive 30% discount on: Single Cell assay or Visium HD assay or Xenium panel and running consumables.

Applications close 14th Nov.
