Dr Tong Pan is a Postdoctoral Researcher at SAiGENCI, Adelaide University, working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, computational biology, and spatial omics.

Her research focuses on developing machine-learning approaches to understand biological function and disease from multimodal data. Her current work includes integrating histopathology images with spatial transcriptomics, with a particular focus on morphology-informed gene selection and spatial gene-expression prediction.
