In this technical seminar presented by Dr Angie Dorigatti (Takara Bio), learn how high-resolution spatial-omics are made simple with the Seeker and Trekker technologies. 
Trekker Single-Cell Spatial Mapping: First true single-cell mapping technology High molecular sensitivity without cell segmentation or deconvolution Integrative spatial mapping into existing single-cell workflows.
Seeker Spatial RNA-seq Mapping: Capture both nuclear and cytoplasmic transcripts with high resolution Little to no optimization necessary, compatible with standard-omics workflows.
Angie holds a Ph.D. in Biology of Aging from the University of Texas Health at San Antonio, with research focused on Alzheimer’s, brain aging, and astrocyte senescence. An expert in sample prep, nuclei isolation, and spatial transcriptomics, she’s passionate about helping researchers generate high-quality data and meaningful insights.
