About

I am the Chief People Officer at WEHI, where I lead a broad portfolio spanning People and Culture, Ethics and Integrity, Bioservices, and Services and Infrastructure. In this role, I am responsible for shaping the systems, environments, and organisational practices that enable world-class medical research and support the institute’s strategic ambitions.

I bring extensive leadership experience across complex organisations, with a strong track record in delivering integrated people and operational strategies. I am passionate about fostering inclusive, high-performing environments and ensuring that organisational culture, governance, and operations work together to support scientific excellence.

My remit includes oversight of workforce strategy, organisational development, employee experience, and culture, alongside institutional ethics and integrity and the delivery of critical research support services and infrastructure. I work closely with executive and scientific leaders to ensure WEHI’s people, systems, and facilities are aligned to enable innovation and maximise the impact of the research we do.

In addition to my executive role, I am Vice President and Director of Women’s Football at Williamstown CYMS Football Club, where I am committed to growing participation, strengthening pathways, and creating inclusive opportunities for women and girls in sport.

I am known for my collaborative and pragmatic approach and am committed to building environments where people and research can thrive, underpinned by strong values, accountability, and continuous improvement.
