I have spent more than 25 years leading technology, digital strategy and organisational change across sport, membership and not-for-profit organisations. Throughout my career I’ve focused on building technology that is seamless, secure and intuitive, enabling people to do their best work rather than work around their systems.
As Director of Information Technology at WEHI, I lead the teams responsible for the technology that underpins research and the day-to-day operation of the Institute. We provide the digital foundations that allow researchers and professional services teams to work with confidence today while building the capability needed to support WEHI into the future.
My leadership approach is grounded in listening, collaboration and building capable teams. I believe technology creates the greatest value when it is practical, trusted and aligned to the needs of the people using it.
It is a privilege to support an organisation whose researchers are advancing our understanding of cancer, infectious diseases and immune disorders. While my team isn’t conducting the science, we help create the environment that enables it every day.
