Science brought to life through comedy, film, visual arts and public talks at Federation Square, Melbourne.

Centenary public talks 

Hosted by Sir Gustav Nossal, this series of talks explored the latest medical research developments and how they’re affecting the future treatment of disease.

Centenary scientific symposium

A scientific symposium featuring distinguished international speakers, prominent Australian scientists and the latest research from the institute.

The symposium included Nobel laureates Professor Elizabeth Blackburn (University of California San Francisco, US) and Professor Tom Steitz (Yale University, US).
