I am a Human Resources Executive with more than 20 years’ experience in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. Before joining WEHI, I held a senior HR role at the University of Melbourne, which came after nine years in HR leadership positions at a top Australian law firm.

Since 2017, I have led the People and Culture team at WEHI, helping to shape a culture of discovery and collaboration where staff and students from many backgrounds, and with diverse needs, thrive. As a medical research institute, it is incredibly important that WEHI attracts and retains the world’s brightest minds.

WEHI prides itself on its culture of diversity and inclusion and this is exemplified by our commitment in areas such as reconciliation, gender equity, accessibility and supporting our LGBTQIA+ community.
