Centenary Donors support vital research

As a result of the Centenary Campaign, we have been able to:

  • establish a new pancreatic research project
  • expand our rare cancers research project
  • undertake genomic research into childhood leukaemia, and
  • fund a comprehensive and ambitious study into the possible causes of multiple sclerosis.

All of these projects will be led by some of our most promising early-career investigators who, for the first time in their scientific careers, have the certainty of five years of funding.

In addition, we have excited donors about their contributions to future medical discoveries and transformed the "mysterious black box of science" into a personal, engaging and shared journey for donors and researchers.
