Research Overview
I specialise in using quantitative mass spectrometry to explore the changes in abundance of proteins that are involved in cell signalling and disease.
In particular, my work has centered around characterising post-translational modifications using selected or multiple reaction monitoring (SRM/MRM).
By developing and implementing new workflows,I have helped to identify a physiological role for linear ubiquitination in the TNF and CD40 pathways.
