Registration

Registration has closed.

Unfortunately there will be an upper limit of registrations, so delegates are urged to register as early as possible.

Options for payment are: online, fax or telegraphic transfer.  You will receive confirmation of registration and payment by email.

No registration will be confirmed until payment is received.

Registration Fees

NB: Students require a letter on university letterhead from his/her supervisor confirming student status.  Please fax letter to (03) 9345 2686.

The standard delegate and student registration fee includes attendance at all scientific sessions, Welcome Mixer (6.00 – 8.00 pm, Tuesday 27 November), morning and afternoon teas, lunches and Poster and Drinks evening (6.00 – 8.00 pm, Wednesday 28 November).  The Conference Dinner, scheduled for 7.00 pm on Thursday 29 November is NOT included in the registration.  The cost for the Dinner is $70.00 pp.  Please indicate on the registration form if you will be attending the Dinner. 

Student Sponsorships

ASR have offered to sponsor two students' attendance at the conference.

We are pleased to announce that Tu Le and Tri Pham from the Swinburne University of Technology and Monash University, respectively, have been awarded these sponsorship packages.

Registration Desk

The registration desk will be open at 12.00 pm on Tuesday 27 November in the foyer of Bio21 Institute.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to the Conference Coordinator: grant@wehi.edu.au
• Cancellations made on or prior to 28 September 2007, will incur no penalty fee.
• Cancellations after 25 September 2007 may be subject to a cancellation fee (50% of registration).
• No refund of fees can be made after 26 October 2007.
