Bioinformatics resources for medical research
Translation of methodological research in bioinformatics into accessible resources for the medical research community, and hence ultimately into clinical outcomes, is best accomplished by the creation of high-quality, free, documented, open-source software. We use our expertise in statistical computing and algorithmic development to translate our research into effective public resources, especially as part of the renowned Bioconductor open development software project in statistical bioinformatics.
