Research Overview

We are interested in what proteins look like, how they work, and how we can use that information to design inhibitors or analogues with potential applications in human medicine. We use nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy and a range of other biophysical and biochemical techniques to determine protein structures as a means of understanding how they function, as well as how they interact with key binding partners in the cell.
