Research Overview

The regulation of immune response class by T and B lymphocytes.

The development of quantitative methods for measuring lymphocyte proliferation, survival and differentiation. Download supporting material here including the precursor cohort method and "Cyton Calculator".

The use of quantitative methods to dissect the effect of drugs, genetic polymorphisms and regulatory signals on the immune response to develop predictive models of system level outcomes.
