WEHI Proteomics Laboratory

The Walter and Eliza Hall Institute (WEHI) Proteomics Laboratory is part of the Systems Biology and Personalised Medicine Division, located on level 8 East in the main block of the Royal Melbourne Hospital.
Our experienced staff use mass spectrometry as the key technology for the characterisation of proteins from a wide variety of sample types from simple mixtures (ie, gel spots and bands) to complex mixtures (protein complexes, cell lysates, or plasma).
