The Cellular Symphony: Francis L Battye
This paper describes firstly, a proposed method of audio monitoring of data acquisition and sorting on flow cytometers and secondly, further development of that method into an audio analytical tool intended as an enhancement of the usual graphical displays of flow cytometry data. The basis of the method is to use musical notes to reflect fluorescence intensities of individual cells [Abstract].
