February 2007

Cell sorter and analytical cytometer bookings have been taken on-line with 2 separate systems set up by WEHI IT Services.

January 2007

Two Aria cell sorters and 2 LSR II analysers have been installed and are available for general use. The Arias will be operated by FACS staff as for the existing sorters but user-monitored after 17:00 operation will be possible as well.

February 2005

The MoFlo has been upgraded to permanent 10 parameters, 8 fluorescent colours. Detectors for APC or Cy5, APC.Cy7, perCP.Cy5.5 and PE.Cy7 have been replaced with versions of higher red fluorescence sensitivity.
