Can Pseudo Colour or Pseudo Imaging Enhance Flow Cytometric Displays?: Francis L Battye
This describes a method for displaying multi-parameter data by an enhancement of the traditional dot plot display format. The so called "pseudo image" of each cell represented in the plot is a small sprite that takes its colour from the cell's fluorescence intensities and its size from the cell's forward scatter. Pseudo Imaging is built into the WEASEL flow cytometry data analysis and display program.
