WEHI @ AFCG2002Welcome to participants in the 2002 annual meeting of the Australasian Flow Cytometry Group Inc. Presentations to that meeting from the WEHI Cytometry Laboratory can be viewed here: Journey Into Hyperspace IV. Population-Linked Displays: A Multi-Parameter Data Analysis Tool: Francis L BattyeThis describes a method for displaying multi-parameter data by an enhancement of the traditional display formats. Displays are linked by plotting a common, dynamically chosen population and the results are stored as a QuickTime movie. The presentation is offered here without movies; example movies can be separately viewed or downloaded from the Sample Movies page. Population linking is built into the WEASEL flow cytometry data analysis and display program. Towards More Systematic Flow Cytometry Optical Configuring: Francis L. BattyeThis describes a more systematic method for configuring a flow cytometer by not only displaying the characteristics of the proposed fluorochromes and optical filters but by also calculating fluorochrome transmission, excitation by the proposed lasers, and leakage of laser light through the proposed optical filters. The method is implemented on the FCMDesigner web page. Back to Cytometry Lab Home |
